[Showme-devel] Packaging

We need to package a bunch of dependencies for Beaker Notebook - at 
least the following:

  * 3 Java libraries (two of them large and tricky¹)
  * 23 Javascript libraries
  * 15 R libraries
  * 3 Ruby libraries
  * 12 Julia libraries

If you want to package and maintain some of them, please add your name 
beside them at https://wiki.debian.org/ShowMeBox/Packages

¹ Involves Javascript that should be relocated to /usr/share/javascript
