[Showme-devel] Install routines

Hi all,

For those of you wanting to tinker with boxes (esp. Graham and Chris - 
who else?), this text now contains not only draft notes on a future 
ideal way to install (hopefully working well in time for our deployment) 
but also existing ways which works today:

The idea is that above URL should always include a fully working guide 
and other more experimental ones, and gradually evolve towards a single 
well-tested and simple routine.
