[Soc-coordination] US Activity

Hi there,

I just saw that costa.debian.org is located in the Netherlands. This is
fine, as it hosts the SVN services. Which Alioth services are on haydn,
that could be connected with "developing" during SoC? US activities are
in some way forbidden by the Foreign Certification Form[1].

Was there any discussion about VCS/hosting services in the US on the SoC
mentors list with relation to foreign certification?
