As an admin I plan to devote a full work day of application reviewing.
In my dreams that would allow me to rank and/or give comments to all the
application we received, but of course I'm not sure it this would be
possible or not.

For sure I'll start from the applications related to the only single
proposal I submitted (the web interface for debbugs).

I think I'll be able to work on the proposals this week-end, so expect
news from me early next week. If you think comments from me would be
useful/needed earlier on some proposals just ping me on that.

Sounds good, take my comment above as a volunteering step on all
proposals, but not earlier that this week-end.
