[Soc-coordination] Does this project is a basic need for Debian?

If we weren't, we wouldn't have proposed it in the very first place :-)
The proposal page also points out the differences with mole and projectb
and (shortly) explains why we think this project is needed.

If you are interested in that project please submit your application.
