[Soc-coordination] Status Report Week 7, Extending oath-toolkit and dynalogin to provide CROTP/OCRA

Hello and sorry for the delayed report,

as I wrote in my last report, my last week was spent having a nice week
of sunshine and sea abroad. I only did some housekeeping (as suggested
by my co-mentor) on my oath-toolkit changes, the last of which I will
complete this week.

calculation
.)Add two-way support to dynalogin
.)PAM module for dynalogin
.)More extensive testing and documentation
.)Read up on CROTP and SASL to prepare for the other half of my summer
project
