[Soc-coordination] Status report, week 4 - Enabling free multimedia real-time communications (RTC) with Debian

Hi,
This is what I've done this week:
- Continued setting up the testing environment and trying out and seeing
how some of the unit tests work.
- Fixed a Command Port bug on repro.
- Worked on implementing support for binding the HTTP and CommandPort
listeners on a specific IP address (I have something to sort out about
this, but I will finish it tomorrow).
- Learned many new things :)
For next week I will continue working on the authentication code for
reTurn. Also I will continue testing to be sure everything works right.
