[Soc-coordination] [debmetrics] Week 5

Hi.

Done:
 - static images generation by rrdgraph
 - remote-push metrics without authetication (yet)
 - better graphs output, fields and dates selection
 - some refactoring

What will be done next week:
 - fix some minor issues with input data filtering
 - authentication on remote-push metrics
 - probably add some ajax to existing graphs
 - add tests, it becomes difficult without them

Also, tomorrow (sorry, was unable to do it by report) a live instance of the 
portal will be available, I will send a link as a reply to this mail, so that 
anyone could poke it and leave feedback.
