[Soc-coordination] [GSoC Mentors] Midterm Evaluations

Hi mentors,

As per Carol's email [1], you have to submit the midterm evaluations for your
student's progress on their project between Monday, 29 July and Friday, 2
August; please go through the above email carefully as it contains a lot of
important information.

Please make sure that you talk (privately) to the admins *immediately* if:

- you won't be able to submit the evaluation during the above period,
- you are unsure about whether you should be passing or failing your student,
- you are planning to fail your student.

Carol's email outlines the evaluation process in detail but if you have any
other questions, feel free to ask here or in #debian-soc-mentors at
irc.oftc.net.
