[Soc-coordination] Report week 13, Redesign metapackage creation for Debian Blend

Hello,

Note: This week I was idle for 3 days due to some exams I had to take for
my university (sorry I forgot to mention it in my previous week report).

This week:

Again I performed some slight changes into devtools/Makefile. Also this
week Andreas realized  that there was a problem a task file into the fun
Blend[0] while trying to import it into UDD. To solve that we added a small
piece of code[1] into the udd/blends_metadata_gatherer.py to properly
remove all versioned  dependencies from the packages (if exist) and print a
warning message (Andreas changed a little the patch and uploaded it).
Finally I did not succeed in finishing the documentation about the project
this week.

Next week:

In a discussion[2] we had, Andreas emphasized that the documentation of
blends-gsoc should be integrated into the blends-doc. He also proposed to
me to convert the current blends-doc syntax from sgml to xml and integrate
the project's documentation into the new xml syntax. So next week I will
work on that.
