[Soc-coordination] Gustavo Alkmim - Report 13 - Automate Bootstrap Tool

As I described in the last report, my objective of the past week was to
keep working on the patches to enable the crossbuilding of packages and
Test the scripts while working on the patches.

This week I applied some bugfixes to the add-ma-foreign.pl script. and
concentrated on the creation of patches.

All the codes and the patches are in the git repository in [1].

Next week:
   -- Write documentation, tests and anything else needed to run the
experiments
   -- Submit bug reports to the patches I made in the past weeks.
