[Soc-coordination] [GSoC Students] DebConf travel sponsorship (action required)

Dear students,

Now that the DebConf Accomodation and Food sponsorship decisions have been
made, you need to actually get to Portland. :-)

You need to start your Passport and Visa procedures now. For more information
on visa procedures, please refer to the DebConf14 website:
http://debconf14.debconf.org/visas.xhtml

We also need an estimate for your travel expenses. Please tell us the amount
you are requesting by Thursday June 12th, and mail us privately with details
(just reply to this mail).

The way things work is that you pay for your travel in advance, and we make
sure that you can get reimbursed as soon as possible. To be able to do so,
please keep all the receipts for your expenses. We will get back to you with
specifics on the reimbursement process once we settle it with the organization
that handles the GSoC money for Debian (SPI).

Do not hesitate to ask if you have any issue with the process.
