Hi,

Here is a progress report. I have worked on packages without a bug already
reported.

Packages fixed:
* Function definition is not allowed here
- litl           : 750386
- luvcview	 : 750506
- mandos	 : 750516
- matchbox-panel : 750784
- netplug        : 750789

Packages not fixed but I tried:
* Function definition is not allowed here
- med-fichier         skipping for now

I am going to be continuing to work on Function definition is not allowed here
bugs. My goal is try to get through all of them or at least try to fix them.
