[Soc-coordination] Debile weekly report (Week 10)

Hi,

Last week I could enable all plugins in our infrastructure and test them,
seems that all of them work well for now. I uploaded some packages to make
some tests. Now, I think that I should try to connect debile with Debian
archive, I'll discuss this with my mentor to see how can I do it.
