[Soc-coordination] [Report: GSoC 2015 Week 10] Blends Web Sentinel

Week 10: [July 28 - Aug 3]

- Write test-suite to compare the output of old tasks.py and new_tasks.py
- Depending on the differences in the test suite, added information like
license information, version information, order of Versions and Archs to
the newly created tasks
- Made certain modules of blends web sentinel pep8 complaint

Week 11:

- Add citations information to tasks files
- Keep adding information to tasks files depending on the differences
- Start importing prospective package information from tasks files to UDD
- Make blends web sentinel pep8 complaint
