[Soc-coordination] GSoC 2015 Week 6 Report: Android Tools in Debian

This week I have been on my move to a new room so not much work was
done. I have been on my way to Gradle 2.4 and it's close to the end. I
dropped the idea of creating a separate gradle-1.12 package because
after discussions with my mentor we found that it is unnecessary, so
gradle_2.4-1 will be built using gradle_1.12-1. I also disabled the
AWS plugin for now because it will save some time and AWS SDK for Java
contains some non-free codes. There is also a trend that Gradle will
drop AWS SDK usage in the future.

During our weekly discussion on IRC we discussed the upstream
repositories of Android SDK. I suggested creating a source package for
every individual Git repository from android.googlesource.com that
builds tools in Android SDK, instead of maintaining source packages
that bundles multiple upstream sources.
