[Soc-coordination] [Report: GSoC 2015 Week 9] Blends Web Sentinel

Week 9: [July 20 - July 27]

- Ensured that the files are in correct sections in the tasks pages created
- Solved pkgstatus and licensing issue for certain packages
- Error handling for short description
- Porting the web sentinel code from Python 2 to Python 3

Week 10:

- Writing test suite to compare the output of old tasks.py and new
tasks_udd.py
- Importing the prospective package information from the tasks files into
UDD
- Make blends web sentinel code pep8 compliant
