[Soc-coordination] GSoC 2015 - Week 3 - Automated configuration of packaged web applications

The tasks performed for this week   are:

   -  One chef recipe for configuration and installation of owncloud
   application was created.

For the next week, apply revisions in merge requests,  and create a recipe
for the mail server configuration

With that the project  is in right way, continuing the creation of recipes
to differents applications. Now the next step is to configure a mail server due
to the possibility of applications possess a configured email server.
