In blendstasktools.py module:

   - Rewriting and testing the methods BrowserFromVcsURL() and
   VcsTypeFromBrowserURL()
   - Rewriting class Tasks
   - Rewriting class TaskDependencies
   - Rewriting class Available

Plan for Week 5


   - Test all the UDD queries and functions in blendstasktools.py
   - CleanUp the code
