[Soc-coordination] GSoc 2015 Developer Dashboard update

Greetings,
Project update about 22nd June 2015 for Developer Dashboard mentored by
Daniel Pocock.

Code for aggregrating and parsing the data sources for Developer dashboard
included in (http://wiki.debian.org/SummerOfCode2015/DeveloperDashboard
)has been completed.

Project code is hosted at : https://github.com/ninjatrench/DeveloperHorizon/

Rest-api to use this data sources and build iCalendar file has been
completed as well in the last commit
(SHA1 28ff1ad4569e27961381678c1dbc2d8dc9aa7bff)

User Interface to build over this rest-api is pending.
