[Soc-coordination] GSoC 2015 Mentors: be a Debian delegate for this year's Mentor Summit!

Hi all,

You will find enclosed the details about the upcoming Mentor Summit in November.

If you would like to attend as a Debian delegate, please let us know at
outreach at debian.org as soon as possible. What we'll do is we will draw
our two delegates names randomly (if we need to, that is if there are more than
two people interested), and we'll let the others register on the waiting list.

I'd like to get this done before July so that everyone can book a room at the
main venue and get plane tickets early.
