[Soc-coordination] ASAN: New dpkg-buildflags will support a sanitize feature area

Hi!

Just to let you know, that the next dpkg upload (1.18.0), will add
support for a sanitize feature area, which will allow to globally
enable ASAN (among others) for any package using dpkg-buildflags
through DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS. HTH.
