I've uploaded surfraw from CVS with some trivial changes to the
changelog. The package installed successfully for me, and a few elvi I
tested worked fine, so yay. I'd like to thank you guys for such
high-quality work on this project, even if it is a small one.

here's a patch, since I'm having some trouble committing to CVS (maybe I
don't have commit access, or maybe alioth is confusing me. either way,
I don't really care, I don't need to change anything often.)
