[Surfraw-devel] More output configuration options

I've just added an option to surfraw to fetch and dump
URLS. -o dumps to stdout, -o=FILE dumps to FILE.

It uses curl, wget or GET (from libwww-perl) to fetch URLs.

With that, I think I'm up to date with everything raised on the list.
If I've missed anything, prod me.
