[Surfraw-devel] some fixes

Hi,

Some fixes:

 * Fixed elvi: cisco, slashdot, slinuxdoc.
 * Removed elvi: scroogle (site gone).
 * Fixed tests: acronym, bbcnews, bugzilla, cisco, cite[1],
   discogs, excite, fsfdir, gcache, github, imdb, ixquick,
   lastfm, leodict, openbsd[2], scholar.
 * test/Makefile.am: Added missing tests to EXTRA_DIST

Google custom site search needs javascript now, so for slinuxdoc
I fell back on a google search with site:tldp.org

The third openbsd test fails due to an actual problem with the site, if
you search from the site it breaks too.

Still broken:

amazon[4] bugmenot cite[2] cliki deblists deli f5 finkpkg[1,2] jamendo
javasun musicbrainz[2] openbsd[3] translate[1]
