Amazon is just transient errors: I have been testing for the last couple of days
and I never get a full pass, but I have had each individual test pass at least
once.

Musicbrainz have changed their URLs for some of the more technical searches
(like discid); that part of the elvis requires a rewrite (which would make it
even more complex) or excision - my preference would be the latter as those
categories of search are probably rare anyway.

Deli and jamendo I would propose for deletion.

Finkpkg I can't reach at all.

Deblists make my eyes bleed: I'll leave that to someone else :)

The others I have pushed fixes for.
