I should have a given an example:

project:    debian-med (name of the mailing list)
domain:     lists.debian.org
name:       Foo Bar (full name)
emai_addr:  foo at bar.com

Project specifies the project name. We have to types of domains,
'lists.debian.org' and 'lists.alioth.debian.org' for the lists on
Alioth.
