So you're asking for:

- A freeze exception for a 3.4 upload in late November.
- 2 or 3 freeze exceptions around December, January and February.

Unless I completely misunderstood you, that's a no-go. Any uploads after the
freeze will need to go through the normal unblock process and only bug fixes are
likely to be accepted, especially as we get deeper into the freeze.
