[Tux4kids-discuss] New Tux Typing Windows release

Hi,

I've posted a win32 binary for Tux Typing 1.8.1, which has a few
cleanups since 1.8.0.

This is the first Windows build created with mingw-cross-env
(http://nongnu.org/mingw-cross-env).  For developers, the big
advantage is that it is now trivially simple to set up a crossbuild
environment and make win32 builds from within Linux(see below).
