The only problem I see with Alioth is the website certificate. It's been
quite some time
and they haven't tried to address this issue. This surely scares away a lot
of users. Though,
completely shifting may not be a good option, we could redirect it to
sourceforge.net / github
(if we decide to go with it) .

Also I found that there is a bugtracker setup on Sourceforge too, but I
think it's neglected till now.
We can start using it actively instead of a new one.
