Having looked a bit more, I'm pretty sure we don't use it - the
clicking menu sounds in tuxtype are "tock.wav" and "pop.wav".  So I
think we can just take that one out and forget about it.

The "click.wav" in tuxmath is a different sound from tuxtype's
click.wav - in fact it sounds to me just like "tock.wave".

So I think we are OK with the menu sounds.
