Hi, All -
I'm trying to use the existing English lessons with the Espanol theme. I
copied the scripts folder into themes/espanol. It works if I use the default
english keyboard.lst file.
The espanol keyboard.lst file doesn't seem to work for the lessons as it
doesn't allow for <spacebar>. I don't know what the last to characters are
in the file as they're unrecognized for me in Notepad++. ñ maybe?
Can someone tell me how the keyboard.lst files work? I don't exactly
understand the format or how Tux Typing uses it.
I've notice certain things aren't translated in the interface as well.
Project Info and Phrase Typing under Options and Time, Chars, WPM, CPM,
Errors, etc. during lessons.
Should I be looking at the tuxtype.mo file in local? Is this selected
via the settings.txt file in the theme's folder? Are .po files still used? I
don't see any in my Windows/Ubuntu installs.
My plan was just to quickly translate the lesson .xml files, but I'm hitting
these few bumps. Perhaps this can turn into something to be contributed to
the project. I'd appreciate any guidance you can provide.
Thanks in advance - JD
