The keyboard.lst files are an old, crufty hack that are supposed to
tell what characters are "typable" in a give language, as well as
indicating what finger should be used to type that char. The fingers
are numbered 0-9, starting with the left hand little finger.

Yes - these things indicate that the es.po file is incomplete. The po
files are in the source code tree under po/. They get converted to
*.mo (or *.gmo) files when the program is built. So, to add
translations of these things, you need to update the po file and
rebuild and reinstall the program. Of course, for those who don't
want to build from source, you can send us the updated es.po file and
wait for it to appear in a later release.
