[3dprinter-general] Standardize names in debian/patches a bit?

Hi all,

I like the idea of standarizing this. I still don't know what would be
the best way to name quilt patches. I looked for some kind of policy or
DEP but I found nothing solid. Those of you who belong to several
teams, what do other teams do? Do they have a team policy for this?

DEP-3 [1] already includes a way to state whether a patch is grabed
from upstream, or it has been fowarded to them or it never will. Is it
really worth it to state this in the patch's name?
