Does upstream build a shared library with ABI versions? That's the test
of whether its meant to be used by any project. I think we should avoid
making public versions of any of the stuff in the Android SDK unless
there are already projects that are using them. It can easily create a
ton of maintenance work that upstream is not doing at all, and that
would be made worse by upstream changing things around a lot.
