A symlink to /usr/lib/android-sdk/docs would be a good Debian solution.
But careful: Documentation should be installed into
/usr/share/doc/$package only if other packages don't require the
existence of those files. I admit I forgot to check this but if someone
is aware of any programs that would stop to function without the docs
then it would be better to install them into /usr/share/$package and
symlink to /usr/lib/android-sdk and (optionally) to /usr/share/doc/$package.
