This version includes explicit support for overlay networks, designed
and implemented by Baptiste Jonglez.  This can be used by setting the
"max-rtt-penalty" interface parameter:

  interface tun42 max-rtt-penalty 128

This needs to be set on both sides of the tunnel.

please see the parameters rtt-min, rtt-max, rtt-decay and
enable-timestamps in the manual page.

  * Added support for an RTT-based metric -- see the description of
    "enable-timestamps" in the manual page.  This work was done by
    Baptiste Jonglez with help from Matthieu Boutier.
