[Debian-handbook-translators] inconsistent URL in Norwegian Bokmål translation on Weblate

Dear Raphael,

Weblate URL is usually terminated by unique language code as "ja" for Japanese or "fr" for French.
But in Norwegian Bokmål translation,
URL of some resources (from 00a_preface to 13_workstation) are terminated by "nb_NO" [1]
and others (from 14_security to Revision_History) are terminated by "nb" [2].

Could you fix this issue?
We would like to use "nb" for keeping consistency with the past (2018-04-17).
