[Debian-in-workers] Bug#429298: ttf-kannada-fonts: Kedage is missing glyph for U+25CC

Hi,

In gucharmap with the Kedage font, U+0CBE shows an ugly U+25CC box
instead of a dotted circle.  According to Microsoft:
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/OpenTypeDevGlyphs.mspx#complex
the font should provide it.
