[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#908065: BTS seems to send bugs to old maintainer of a package but displays new one correctly (Was: Bug#908065: r-cran-adegraphics: autopkgtest regression: dependency versions not properly specified)

Hmmm, why should tracker.d.o keep a record where a package was
maintained *before* instead of just taking the Maintainer field of the
current package? At least the *rendered* information of tracker.d.o[1]
mentions Debian R Packages Maintainers.

The result of this wrong choice of team somehow hides the todo item for
dh-r from the people who should care (I'll forward a summary, but would
like to understand this issue first). The BTS says on the bug page:

Maintainer for src:r-cran-adegraphics is Debian R Packages Maintainers <r-pkg-team at alioth-lists.debian.net>

but it sends the e-mail in contrast to this to debian-med-packaging[3].

Any idea why BTS sends the e-mail to the maintainer that is mentioned
for instance in the package in stable rather than the one in unstable
(which is correctly parsed obviously)?

Kind regards

       Andreas.
