igv could indeed also be set on supported arch only.
however I do not feel really cool at specifying some specific arch destinations because of dependencies limitations. If dependency changes to support more archs, it will not be reflected on packages. As long as package itself has no specific requirement, I would prefer to keep it built for all archs, even if it fails due to dependency.
