[Debian-pan-maintainers] Bug#1071237: python3-pyunitsystem: the homepage of the project requires login to be accessed

Dear Maintainer,

the UL to the homepage of the pyunitsystem project:

https://gitlab.esrf.fr/tomotools/pyunitsystem

leads to a login page, so the source is only available after
subscription to gitla.esrf.fr
Since the package isa lso available via pypi, wehre the same URL is
given as the homepage, I surmise this to be an oversight in the
  repository configuration, that the authors intended make fully public
  like others under tomotools.

Note that, at the moment of writing, the version avaialble in pypi is only 1.1.1-1.
