[Debian-pan-maintainers] deb2apptainer/deb2docker update

Hello Yadd,

I've updated the deb2apptainer and deb2docker scripts as well as the 
documentation. The scripts are available in upstream repo:

  * https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/deb2container

namely:

Would you be so kind to push them into devscripts ? I'm not allowed to 
do so.
