[Debian-pan-maintainers] Packaging pytango 9.2.0

Hi Fred,

it time to annoy you with another review request :)
Now that gcc 7 is in debian unstable, we'd like to have a pytango package
that wont ftbfs. If the patch is ok with you i can push it to the git repo.
