[Debian-pan-maintainers] Adding "languages" column to Synchrotron README?

Hi Neil,

I have the feeling most of the software is in English. But the authors 
may indeed be of different origins.

Perhaps such information can simply be added in the last column 
'Remarks' for non UK/US items ?
