I updated pynac's git to 0.7.6, but couldn't test it because of the
singular dep, so didn't upload.

When a good singular gets in unstable, I'll check my package. I can then
upload it if it's ok.

PS1: I uploaded eclib this afternoon... that was ok, wasn't it?

PS2: I couldn't work on the Conway polynomials package : uscan gets a
500 from files.sagemath.org, but that one can probably get pushed
without problem : as far as I can tell the newer version is just a
change of the directory structure, not of the database itself.
