[Debian-science-sagemath] Bug#920147: sagemath FTBFS on mipsel and mips64el

I've set the severity of this bug to important, because it should not block migration.

If this were a regression then it would be RC, but since sagemath is already not in testing, it is not a regression. There is no reason or policy to block migration because it *remains* missing on some release architectures.
