Well, there is a pymol version there, is that the one you installed from
subversion?  (Why 1.4, if 1.5 is current?)

Maybe you installed it a while ago, and your recent easy-install
commands activated it again.

On the other hand, I had a brief look at the 1.4 codebase, and I don't
see a difference in PMGApp.py' __init__.
