ok , i might be the no brainer because i did not get the concept or  
idea.

If i need a file (software , music track  )  illegal or not i download  
a bittorrent client go to piratebay.org and get it.

i want the highest possible annonymity, why should i "add" people ,  
there might be

an agent from the music industry or a software company and just want  
to catch me and what i am sharing ?

What do i miss ?
