Yes, I do work towards mockups. But obviously I have passed that design
phase long time ago, since there is html & css now, and we have an "ok"
from the project lead to go for that design.
"usable and maintainable design" - sounds good!
I guess what you mean is a more or less a "working wiki theme".
That's exactly what we need now! My experience tells me that ready css
and html are a good starting point for that. I suggest we do the next
steps now!

Sean just kindly offered help and I joined him doing it *his* way -
unfortunately he suddenly could not support the project anymore, if
*you* propose another way I'll gladly join that effort. (even if it
means the efforts with Sean are lost).

Isn't that another way of phrasing my initial two questions:
Who is in charge of the wiki server?
What does it take to update the wiki?
(The question "if at all" should not arise afaik, since there already is
an ok from James Vasile)
